How can I improve my HVAC system's efficiency?
Replace air filters regularly, seal air leaks around your home, and consider upgrading to a programmable thermostat. A yearly tune-up under one of our maintenance plans also helps catch small issues before they become expensive ones.
What's included in a Service Wizard maintenance plan?
All three plans include annual tune-ups, priority scheduling, and discounted repairs. Basic Wizard covers one system, Wizard covers furnace and AC with no emergency call-out fee, and Pro Wizard adds same-day emergency priority and an annual water heater flush.
Do you service Lakefield and Millbrook, or just Peterborough?
We serve Peterborough, Selwyn Township, Otonabee-South Monaghan, Cavan Monaghan and Asphodel-Norwood. If you're just outside those areas, give us a call — we may still be able to help.

We specialize in Bradford White and John Wood water heaters, and also service Giant, Navien, Rinnai, and other brands. For furnaces and boilers, we specialize in Keep-Rite, Continental, Goodman, Rheem, and Wolf Steel Condo Packs, among others.
